What we doThe cut that happens on pour day. Joints go into the slab while it is still green, so the shrinkage that every slab does has a line to follow and the crack forms under the cut instead of across the middle of your driveway.
Soft cutting in detailCutting concrete that has already gone hard: expansion cuts, rebates, straightening a boxing blow out, and deep cuts in slabs and hardstands to 340 mm total depth, made in stages. Indoors, the dust is extracted at the blade.

Road sawing in detailDoorways, window openings and penetrations cut out of walls that are already standing, flush to the floor where the opening needs it. The lines are pre cut with a hand saw, then finished with the saw the wall needs. Walls cut to 300 mm deep, in concrete, block and heritage stone.
Wall sawing in detailClean round holes from 20 to 300 mm in diameter, typically to 400 mm deep, with extension bits for deeper holes. Through reinforced concrete, brick, block, masonry and retaining walls, for plumbing, wiring, extraction and drainage. Tight spaces are normal.
Core drilling in detailScanning is available before we cut or core. The scanner locates reinforcing, conduit and electrical cabling, and we mark the finds on the concrete. A scan reduces the risk; it is not a guarantee.
Concrete scanning in detailA line pump, not a truck pump, for pours a truck cannot get to, or cannot get to in time. Up to 50 m of line laid along the ground, for tight access. Small pours are welcome.
Concrete pumping in detailDeep cuts are made in stages: smaller saws and blades first, then larger blades on larger saws, to 340 mm total depth.
Our electric hand saws are high frequency: high powered, fume free, and about 13 kg, around half the weight of a petrol saw.
